Welcome to Templed Body Maintenance ("Templed," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at templedllc.com and your purchase and participation in our coaching programs and training sessions (the "Services"). By using our website or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.
Templed provides faith-rooted fitness and nutrition coaching, including customized training programs, nutrition guidance, accountability check-ins, and in-person or in-home training sessions. Programs are offered as monthly subscriptions or one-time session purchases, as described on our website at the time of purchase.
Our Services are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Ericha and Templed are not physicians, registered dietitians, or licensed healthcare providers. Fitness and nutrition guidance is provided for general wellness purposes only. Before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, you should consult your physician — especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have any history of injury. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you received through our Services.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in any Templed program or training session, you voluntarily accept those risks. You represent that you are physically able to participate and that you will promptly inform us of any condition, injury, or limitation that could affect your safe participation. You agree to exercise within your own limits and to stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services. Clients under 18 may participate only with the written consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Coaching programs bill automatically each month on your enrollment date until you cancel. Single sessions and session packs are one-time charges. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice; a price change will never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
You may cancel a monthly program at any time by emailing templed.llc1@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access through that date; partial months are not refunded. Session packs are non-refundable once a session from the pack has been used. To reschedule an in-person session, please give at least 24 hours' notice; sessions missed without notice may be forfeited. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will make it right.
Coaching works when you do. You agree to provide accurate information about your health, fitness, and goals; to communicate honestly during check-ins; and to treat scheduled session times with respect. Results vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes such as weight loss or strength gains.
Training programs, meal plans, and other materials we provide are for your personal use only. You may not resell, republish, or share them. The Templed name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Templed and Ericha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may pause or end a client relationship if these Terms are violated or if we believe continuing would be unsafe. If we terminate without cause mid-period, we will refund the unused portion of that billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Templed Body Maintenance is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
