Templed Body Maintenance ("Templed," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through templedllc.com and our coaching services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you contact us, join our newsletter, or enroll in a program, you share information such as your name and email address. As a coaching client, you may also choose to share fitness, nutrition, and general health information — goals, measurements, progress photos, injuries or limitations — so we can personalize your program.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our systems; we see only your name, email, and what you purchased. Stripe's own privacy policy governs its handling of your payment details.
Technical information. Our website is a simple informational site. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and font provider (Google Fonts) may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving the page.
We use your information to provide and personalize your coaching program, communicate with you about sessions and check-ins, process payments, send the newsletter you signed up for, and respond to your questions. That's it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your health or fitness details with anyone outside Templed. Progress photos are used only for your own coaching and are never posted or shared without your explicit written permission.
We rely on a small number of services to operate: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Google Fonts (typefaces), and our email provider for correspondence and newsletters. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
We keep client records while you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterward for tax and bookkeeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your coaching records (check-in history, photos, plans) at any time.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email templed.llc1@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we will honor applicable requests.
Our website is served over HTTPS, and payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our website and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Clients under 18 require parental consent as described in our Terms of Service.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
